Returns and Exchanges

Individual consumers have the right to withdraw from an order within 14 days of receipt without giving any reason, in accordance with Directive 2011/83/EU on consumer rights.
Return Conditions
- the item has not been used and retains its original condition
- original packaging and all components are preserved
- proof of purchase is provided
Refunds are issued using the same payment method used for the initial transaction within 14 days of receiving the return.
Custom-made goods are not eligible for return.
